Compose a training block as day, workout, exercise, set. Prescribe each set as a percentage of one-rep max and reps, draw from a shared library or your own private one, and save the whole structure at once.

Record weight, composition, and strength over time. Lean climbs in green-teal, fat falls in amber, and the gap between current and goal is the hero of the screen. Nothing is auto-scaled to flatter a plateau: a flat line reads flat.

Assign the program, and your client opens it on the gym floor as concrete weights, logs each set, and watches their own recomposition bend. They see exactly what you intend, and nothing that belongs to anyone else.
