Trainbase is a small team, and right now there are no open roles. Plenty of careers pages keep stale listings up to look busy; ours will only ever list roles we are actually hiring for.
what you would be joining
A coaching platform built around one conviction: the data is the light, and the interface is the dark room that lets it glow. We price at a dollar per client because software should scale with a coach, not against them, and we would rather say "we do not have that yet" than ship a claim we cannot back. If that way of working sounds like yours, we want to hear from you even before a role exists.
