Trainbase is a training management platform: coaches run their client roster, programs, diets, and body tracking; clients see their own data and log their own work. These terms will describe what we provide and what we do not.

To be defined with counsel: account responsibilities, accuracy of details, and keeping credentials safe. In the shipped product, every user signs in with their own account, and what an account can see is enforced by the database.

Trainbase is priced at one dollar per client per month, with no tiers. The full model is on the pricing page.

The intent, stated plainly: the data a coach and their clients put into Trainbase is theirs. To be defined with counsel: the formal terms of that ownership, our licence to process it in order to run the service, and portability.

To be defined with counsel: the conduct rules. The obvious core will stand: no attempting to access data that is not yours, no abusing the service, no reselling access.

To be defined with counsel: uptime expectations and support commitments. We do not currently publish a service-level agreement, and this draft does not invent one.

To be defined with counsel. Training and nutrition guidance in the product comes from your coach, not from Trainbase; how that boundary is expressed legally is exactly the kind of language we will not draft without counsel.
