the honest answers
Can one coach see another coach's clients?
No. Each client is assigned to a coach, and a coach sees only their assigned clients. The boundary is enforced in the database with row-level security, not as an app setting that can be toggled off by mistake, so a coach's clients never leak to another coach.
Who can see the whole floor?
An owner or company admin sees every coach and every client on one roster. Coaches stay scoped to their own athletes. The overview is for the people running the studio, the day-to-day is for each coach.
How does pricing work across many coaches?
A gym pays $25 AUD a month for each coach, and each coach has their own 5 clients included. Included clients are not shared between coaches. Each client past a coach's own 5 adds $5 AUD a month, and the gym gets one bill.
